How We Trade SPX & SPY 0DTE Options

Our service focuses on structured day trading of SPX and SPY 0DTE options. Each trading morning within minutes after the market opens, we publish a Daily Outlook describing the expected direction of the session along with entry levels, projected targets, and protective stops.

If conditions support a setup, a trade alert identifies the exact option contract and entry guidance. Follow-up alerts manage the position with adjustments, targets, and the exit. All trades are intraday and closed the same trading day.

Some trading sessions do not produce a valid setup. We still publish the daily outlook, but we do not issue a trade alert unless conditions meet our criteria. A more detailed walkthrough of the full process is available on the Service Overview page.

The Aggressive Trader follows the same SPX and SPY 0DTE Daily Outlook entries but uses wider stops and longer intraday holding times, seeking to capture larger moves within the same trading session.

The Aggressive Trader strategy is designed for traders who want to stay positioned through larger intraday swings in exchange for greater reward potential. We trade the same SPX and SPY 0DTE options highlighted in our Daily Outlook, but manage them differently once entered.

Stops are set wider, and trades are often held longer within the trading day rather than closed quickly. This approach allows us to stay positioned through normal intraday fluctuations and capture extended moves that shorter trades might miss.

Active monitoring is required throughout the trading day. We provide intraday updates on stop adjustments in real time through Telegram, and they can also be accessed by email or viewed directly on our website.

SPX Spread Trader – Credit Spreads Made Simple

A straightforward SPX options trading strategy for traders who can’t monitor the market constantly. We trade vertical credit spreads in SPX 0DTE options, providing clear instructions for when to enter and exit.

The Spread Trader strategy is designed for those who prefer a more hands-off approach to day trading SPX options. We trade SPX credit spreads using options on expiration day, giving you clear instructions for both entry and exit.

SPX & SPY Daily Market Forecast – Know Direction Before You Trade

Each morning we publish a market forecast for the S&P 500 (SPX) and SPY ETF. The outlook includes our directional bias for the session plus three projected targets that highlight potential highs or lows for the day, helping guide your SPX options trading decisions.

The Daily Market Forecast provides our outlook for where SPX and SPY may finish the session. We indicate whether we expect the market to close above or below specific levels, and we share three target highs or target lows for the day based on our directional forecast.

These levels are generated using our proprietary technical analysis, which highlights key intraday support and resistance zones. Traders use them to anticipate potential turning points and to align their own decisions with our forecast.
