SPX Option Trader Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up to be an affiliate in the SPX Option Trader Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering and promoting our program.

  1. Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete and submit the affiliate application form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

  1. Commissions
  • You will earn a one time commission for each new paid membership that signs up using your unique affiliate link.
  • No commission is paid for free trials, unpaid signups, renewals, or existing member upgrades.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. You will not receive a commission for signing up yourself.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Commissions are calculated monthly.
  • Payments are made by the 15th of each month for the previous month’s qualified referrals.
  • All payments are made exclusively via PayPal. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active PayPal email address.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies. Earnings below the threshold will roll over to the next month.
  1. Tracking and Attribution
  • Referrals are tracked via cookies for 30 days from the initial click.
  • We are not responsible for tracking issues due to cookie deletion, user settings, or technical malfunctions.
  1. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Misrepresent our service or offer false claims.
  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.
  • Bid on branded keywords (e.g., spxoptiontrader) in paid search.
  • Use their own affiliate link to purchase memberships.

Violations may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

  1. Relationship of the Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SPX Option Trader. Nothing in this agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  1. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will forfeit access to your affiliate account and any unpaid earnings from disqualified or pending referrals.

  1. Disputes
  • Any disputes regarding commission payments must be submitted in writing via email to affiliates@spxoptiontrader.com within 30 days of the payment date in question.
  • After 30 days, payments are considered final and no further adjustments will be made.
  • We will review all disputes in good faith and provide a response within 10 business days.
  • You agree that our decision on payment disputes will be final and binding.
