Due to the exclusive nature of our subscription services, your subscription fee is non-refundable. There are No Refunds given for any reason. The 7 Day Free Trial memberships is for new subscribers only. A new subscriber is one who has never signed up for our service previously. If your account registration reflects that you have previously signed up for our service, you will not be eligible for the 7 Day Free trial. We reserve the right to cancel your free trial at any time if we determine you have previously had a trial, or are in any way abusing the free trial offer. One free trial per household.
All paying subscriptions are on auto-billing. Your account will automatically be billed each billing cycle unless you cancel before your billing date. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. All cancellations will be confirmed with 24 hours, if you do not receive that confirmation please contact us immediately. There will be no refunds given for early cancellation.
